Every oil & gas candidate undergoes mandatory technical assessment before shortlisting. Welders complete a practical 6G position weld test with bend testing and visual inspection (and radiographic examination for premium campaigns). E&I technicians undergo loop calibration and fault-finding assessments. HSE candidates are evaluated on PTW systems, MSRA, and incident investigation methodology.
